Closed Rehearsal: Only students are allowed inside during the rehearsal. No visitors, please!

Mini's Parents Special Instructions:

If you're a parent of a Mini student: Stay with your child in the venue during any rehearsal time. Kindly take a seat at the back. Enjoy watching and assist us by keeping your child engaged while they await their stage turn.

Lockdown Time: This is when all students need to be in their dressing rooms. Only ONE female helper or parent per student is permitted backstage before the show.

Note: Only females are allowed in the change room.

Preparation Time: We have just one hour for hair and makeup. Everyone, including teachers, will be getting ready at this time. It's helpful if students have a parent or helper with them to speed things up for any additional touch ups.

Costume Change Support: Don't worry about costume changes! We have a dedicated team to assist, ensuring a smooth experience for all parents and students.

Nappy Changes: If your Mini dancer is still wearing nappies or pull-ups, we kindly ask that a parent or guardian makes their way to the Minis change room upstairs at halftime

during the concert to assist with a nappy change.

Our staff & helpers will complete toilet runs for any students needing a toilet break throughout the show but are not equipped to provide nappy-changing support. Your help ensures your child stays comfortable and confident for the second half of the show.
