OFF CENTRE UNIFORM
At Off Centre, we believe that wearing uniform not only builds team spirit but also helps students feel confident, prepared, and proud to be part of our community.
As part of our commitment to value and identity, each student receives a core uniform item annually — included in their enrolment:
Dance, Acro & Cheer students receive a sleek Off Centre studio jacket in their first year and we always have something up our sleeve for your uniform item in any following years
Circus program students are gifted a program-specific t-shirt
Minis students are provided with their signature Minis rainbow dress (female) or rainbow baseball t-shirt (male)
To ensure comfort and consistency across the studio, we ask that all students wear at least one piece of Off Centre uniform to every class. Beyond this, we encourage students to wear
black dance wear or activewear to keep the look neat and performance-ready.
Our Uniform Store is located at Reception, offering a range of extra options including leotards, shorts, crop tops, tights, and seasonal items. If your child needs additional uniform pieces or you’d like to top up with studio-branded favourites, we’ve got you covered!
FOOTWEAR & SECOND HAND SHOE SWAP
To support our families and promote sustainability, we offer a Second-Hand Shoe Swap at our uniform store.
Gently used dance shoes can be: Swapped for another size OR purchased for $5 per pair
This is a great option for fast-growing feet and helps ensure every student is ready to step into class with the right gear.
To purchase brand new we recommend Richmond Dance wear located in the Magnolia Mall in Richmond or Bloch in Rouse Hill.
REQUIRED UNIFORM BY PROGRAM
At Off Centre, each program and age group has specific uniform and footwear needs to support safe and effective training. Here’s a quick guide:
Minis
Uniform: Supplied rainbow tutu dress or baseball tee
Footwear: Pink ballet shoes, Black jazz shoes, Black tap shoes (for Tuesday/Thursday students only)
Little Cirque & Dance Cirque
Uniform: Supplied program-specific t-shirt
Bottoms: Black activewear (long leggings recommended)
Footwear: Bare feet
Petite, Pre-Juniors & Juniors
Uniform: Any Off Centre item from our reception store + black-themed dance wear
Footwear:
Tap: Black tap shoes
Jazz: Black jazz shoes
Ballet: Soft pink ballet shoes
Hip Hop: Plain white hi-top sneakers
Cheerleading (Celestials): Cheer sneakers
Acro: Bare feet
Pre-Intermediate, Intermediate & Pre-Senior
Uniform: Any Off Centre item from our reception store + black-themed dance wear
Footwear:
Tap: Black tap shoes
Jazz: Black jazz shoes
Lyrical/Technique: Bare feet or turning aids (e.g., foot undeez)
Hip Hop: Plain white hi-top sneakers
Cheerleading (Eternals): Cheer sneakers
Acro: Bare feet
Seniors
Uniform: Any Off Centre item from our reception store + black-themed dance wear
Footwear:
Tap: Black tap shoes
