From their arrival at the studio, we encourage our students to take ownership of their learning journey — and that begins with a confident, independent drop off and collection process.
Students are greeted by our friendly team upon arrival, setting the tone for a focused and positive transition into class. We trust our older performers to manage their belongings, prepare for lessons, and move through their routines with growing autonomy.
While we understand that even older students may experience occasional shifts due to life transitions or changes at home, our staff are always attentive, supportive, and ready to provide a safe space whenever it’s needed — a core part of what we value at Off Centre.
A timely arrival and clear drop off routine help students settle in with focus and purpose, setting them up for a productive and positive class experience.
We recommend arriving 5 minutes before class to allow time for preparation and a calm transition into the studio space.
If you’re remaining onsite during your child’s class, we encourage you to wait in our designated waiting room or outside waiting area. While you’re here, feel free to pop by reception to check the TV for important updates or chat with our admin team for any questions or support you may need.
Please ensure you are on time for collection to support a smooth transition between classes and avoid unnecessary waiting. If you are running late please notify reception by calling and we will ask your child to wait in the waiting room for your arrival.
If someone outside of parent/guardian is collecting your child, please notify us in advance — students will not be permitted to leave with anyone unfamiliar without prior consent.
